if useing firefox it will stay in the sys tray. and i have this with windows 7 and 10.
the num pad will not move the mouse out of the sys tray.
i've tried all modes for mouse movement. and with firefox they do not work.
full screen,focus window, user window etc. does nothing with firefox.

It might be that you are using the WindowEyes cursor instead of the mouse cursor. Try clicking the minus sign on the numeric keypad and see if that makes a difference Also, I understand that Windows 8 and Windows 10 make it harder to implement the mouse cursor functionality as part of increasing security and efficiency..
