yes it does. you just have to know where it is. grin
its in your account\app data\local then in the temp folder. use first letter
navigation w to find the we93upgrade.exe file and move it to another location.
i created a batch file to go to this folder and is in my documents folder. so
its easy for me to get to.

Doing it from the link provided gives you a download that you can save
and use for future installs or to install on other computers. Upgrading
from the WE UI installs the upgrade but gives you no saved backup file

So when I go to the link in the Email announcing that 9.3.1 is available

I can enter my serial number and hit the upgrade button get a dialog box
that it may take several minutes to generate the upgrade with a default
OK button. Then the screen goes blank and WE is stuck in the header
area of IE. No upgrade download is accomplished. Anyone else getting
this blank screen after entering the WE serial number?
