Hi, when I open internet explorer and file explorer under windows 10 x 64 I can read by moving the mouse to the top of the screen then moving down with the numpad 2 just fine. If I do this in reverse, move mouse to the bottom of the screen and use numpad 8 I will just hear a beep and no movement happens. Like the mouse is stuck.
