In IE 11 and Win 7 can't move mouse pointer with the 2 key, just get a ding,
In file explorer it works as it should.

can read by moving the mouse to the top of the screen then moving down
with
the numpad 2 just fine. If I do this in reverse, move mouse to the bottom
of
the screen and use numpad 8 I will just hear a beep and no movement
happens.
Like the mouse is stuck.
This has been happening in previous version 9.2 under windows 10 too.
