I upgraded to WE 9.3.1 yesterday successfully. However, this afternoon, I've lost speech and had to restart WE three times. Twice, speech was lost after opening a link in an email in WLM 2009. One was a Kepler update from NASA and the other was alink in an weekly update from the city of Royal Oak, Michigan. The third loss of speech happened while using the OCR pportion of MP Navigator which came with my Canon scanner. I haven't had this happen with WE for a very long time. I'm using an Acer laptop with Windows 7 HP 64-bit, I.E. 11 and the SAPI synthesizer. The link from Royal Oak leads to weekly police reports in PDF format. Loss of speech happened when Adobe Reader DC tried to open the PDF.
I didn't have any of these problems with WE 9.2.
