I mentioned this bug when 9.2 was released. A reload with Ctrl + Alt + W occasionally fails and a screech comes out of the laptop speakers. A power off is necessary to recover; Windows 7 announces: "windows encounted a problem. Can check online for a solution." However, Windows does not report a solution.
