Hi Michael. This is Sky, who you know on the CFB list. Welcome to the list!
I personally had not encountered these two issues that you are having with
Window-Eyes. It would be helpful if you gave steps to reproduce the
problems, then A Window-Eyes user such as myself could research this. I have
a Window-Eyes certification as well, and what that means is that I will be
able to help list members as well as people here in British Columbia and
sorounding areas Window-Eyes. That is my ambition. One thing that I can do
in Window-Eyes which I have done before is remote into a computer with
Window-Eyes on it. Could we set up a time where you and I can have a remote
session and I can experience the issue for myself? Thanks, Sky.

Subject: Speech not working:

Hi! Folks: I'm new to the list. Have downloaded and installed the new update
to Window-Eyes. Window-Eyes 3.1 I believe it is.

However, the issue that I am having with the speech is as follows. And has
been occurring over the last two updates.

1st issue: I use Microsoft Office 2013, or above. Speech does not read body
of the Message.

2nd issue: Speech does not read some letters when I type in the search edit
field.

I would appreciate some ideas, and advice.

Thanks much!

Michael G. McKay BA, '05.
