try alt tabbing to see if the download dialog is running in the background.
with me if i use i e 11 the files will download to the download folder but
there will be no indication the download took place until you manually go to
your download folder to take a look.
if it did download from within w e help menu it would be in your temp folder.
as we93upgrade.exe
but the folder might be hidden.
it would be in:
c:\users\your account\appdata\local\temp. use first letter navigation to find
it or the search with f3 while in the temp folder.

Hello, I am unable to download the upgrade. I've tried upgrading from
the help menu and the updates website. When I hit enter on the upgrade
button, nothing seems to happen, yet WE says I've accessed the upgrade
ten times. I've tried pressing the applications key to no avail.
