you can't.
even when you change it in the startup options in the general menu.
you can tell it to be in the notifications area instead of the task bar. but even so the w e screen is still there when you boot. but it is invisible and you can still open the w e pull down menus and line bar menus. even though it is invisible.
you have to mouse click on the screen to put the focus on the desktop.

Hello, Just purchased myupgrade to window-eyes 9.3.1 and have installed it
on my windows 7 laptop. Whenever I start up windows, it lands me into the
settings page where one can change WE's behavior. How can I fix this so WE
