Subject: Outlook 2013 Attachment

Hello Everyone,

I have Outlook 2013 and I have been sent an attachment which I cannot figure out how to get. I know they are photos which I plan to save to my computer. When I open the message, I have pressed alt-f7 twice rapidly. I get attachment not found. If I tab inside the message, I hear attachments button. I have pressed enter, space bar and used the left and right click hot keys. Nothing seems to change. When I read the message using the arrow keys in the message list, I do hear attachment spoken. How to get access to the attachment?

I have WE 9.31.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Barbara
