However, I did try going to the startup menu using the windows key, and pressing the E key, but only managed to bring up the search box. When I tried holding down the windows key and pressing e, I was taken to "This PC." and then alt-T at that point did nothing for me. There was absolutely no way to arrow either up or down. Is it possible that I am missing a step. If so, please let me know. This really has me a bit worried. Maybe it's nothing, but hearing these checks are quite troublesome. I'm sure that some how we'll get to the bottom of this one way or the other. Thanks, and please let me know what to do next, Larry On 1/22/2016 12:59 PM, manny wrote: > Hi Larry, > You must have changed your advance setting to use check marks to > select items. > So, you need to unchecked that choice. > press window key and the letter e > alt t > arrow up and enter on options > then shift tab > arrow right to view > then tab to advance > then end key and arrow up and unchecked use check marks to select items. > > Good Luck, Manny please help me reach a million clicks by forwarding > my stand-up comedy performance to your friends, or Tweet or Facebook > it. ** ** ** ** ** **http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75fbevlz10g ** ** > ** ** ** computer specifications: Window Eyes 9.3, Dell xps420 Windows > 7 home premium, with dual boot to windows 10, with 8 gb RAM, Intel(r) > Core(tm)2 Quad Processor Q6600 (8M Cache, 2.40 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB) quad > core drivers and software updated automatically with Ninite and Driver > Booster, which sighted assistance is needed, but other than that > Driver Booster is a great program.
