Try using the context key and cursoring down to
"open in a new window".

I'll be on a Web Page, there will be Links, I can Arrow down or up to
those links.
However, when I wish to choose one, Pressing the Enter Key does nothing.
Pressing the Space Bar and then Enter also does nothing.
Am I missing a Trick to get Firefox to activate or follow these Links?
