Hi Ivan,

Which email client are you using?
First, open the message.
If using Outlook, use Control-Alt-A.
If Thunderbird, go to the File menu and find the option to save them.

Hth,

Rod

Subject: W E not finding attachments

I am running Windows 10 W E 9.3 and Outlook 10. I have received two files
which headings indicate that there attachments but , when I press alt-7, I
receive the response "attachments not found". However when I send the same
files to my wife's I pad the attachments are there and entirely readable.

The present is not the first time this has happened. Please give me urgent
advice as I regard this as a serious problem.

Ivan Cribb
