You can use Control Alt A to open a Window Eyes attachment dialog box. On the Outlook file menu, there is also a save all attachments option. If worse comes to worse, hit Control F to forward the message then tab to the attachment line below the subject line. There really are several ways to open attachments. Sometimes people will embed them in the message body, which may make the way you access them different, but one of the above methods should work.
