Some of you may remember we had an issue getting Window-Eyes to work on both our Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 machines about a month or so ago. Thanks to the fine folks at AI Squared, we learned Webroot Secure Anywhere was the problem; it was blocking certain Window-Eyes components from installing correctly. I finally had a chance yesterday to get remote help from Geek Squad to remove Webroot, which you need as it has a CAPTCHA you have to solve before it will let you uninstall it. Well, I did that, then completely uninstalled and re-installed WE and Wala, everything works. It's so nice to have our primary screen reader back up and running like a top.
