Hi Nick: What is your ccomputer, operating system and have you done anything like turn off live tiles or any other settings that may impact how your computer and operating handles things like one note or any Operating System or WindowEyes settings you think may be involved with your situation? I know it is allot to think and try to remember but if there is one or 2 things that pop into your fron post up just to see if others can relate to these settings and lock up results. Besides, if you are still getting lock ups in your browser watching your videos the problem is still happening, just not as often. I remember getting it watching a video, amazon prime or netflix I forget. When I clicked the close program I think the video continued playing, I forget but think that was the case. If your video will continue playing does it continue at the exact place you left off or is it a little later or earlier in the video? Rick USA
