Hi, Try going to the apps menu in Window--eyes, control-backslash for the Window-eyes control panel, alt-a. Arrow down to diagnostics and press enter. Arrow down to refresh accessibility libraries and press enter. If your user account control comes up, allow it. Finally reboot your computer. Chris
