Hi Marc,

OK I did what this reference says, but I do not really understand.  When I
go into Tools, then manage add ons, I have the toolbar and extensions
checked.  The next tab has 4 choices.  I have tried all 4 choices with the
same results.  There are 6 items listed in the following field.  Only the
first one says produced by Adobe.  However it is saying shockwave flash by
Adobe.  It does not say Adobe reader.  This is enabled.  This does not sound
like the same as in the article on your link below.  Also I find it
interesting that the article does not mention Internet explorer 11.  OK
maybe the steps have not changed, maybe they have.  What do you think?

It looks like you have to Disable the Adobe Reader Add-on in IE. Here is a
