Hi Barbara, I think you are having trouble finding the correct add on. The add-on manager in internet explorer is a pretty difficult interface to work with. If you would like some one on one help, maybe you can try calling the Microsoft disability answer desk. They should be able to assist you with this process. Regards, Marc
