I believe it is probably the same as Word 2010 Press alt to get to the menu then press control tab once and press tab once and you should land on enable editing button Press space You should now be able to read and edit the document I would recommend that you immediately save the document by doing save as and putting your name in front of the original document name and fill out the test.
