Hi window-eyes users, I had no problem in downloading and installing the 9.4 update through Microsoft versionh of window-eyes.
In my retail version of window-eyes I just went to the gwmicro web page entered my retail serial number and it generated my update and I downloaded it to a usb thumb drive and then installed it on my different windows 7 pro, 8.1 pro, and 10 pro macjhines.
