Hi Larry, I think that this is just what they call that region adjacent to the notification area. I think there's no way to free up space in the notification area in order to prevent things getting dumped in the overflow. If there were, I'd certainly pull the plug on the notification area to let some liquid out. Smile

Would help if you mentioned what this is pertaining to. -----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Larry Higgins via Talk Sent: Thursday, March 10, 2016 10:27 AM To: Window-Eyes Discussion List Subject: Notification Overflow, what exactly is it, and how to prevent it? Without wanting to sound completely ignorant, the question in the subject line says it all, or at least most of it I think. I take it that the space allowed for these notifications is full, and that something could be done to reduce the number of these notifications. But how? Is the only way to take care of it is to reboot, or maybe just signing out and signing back in to the system? and one more thing. would there be a way to increase the number aloud, and if you should do that, what would be the consequences? OK, I guess that's enough. Any good explanation would be appreciated, Larry _______________________________________________ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared.
