Hi John, Has it done this to you even after a reboot?
It did this to me immediately after the upgrade; but when I rebooted from that session, I went into Excel 2010 and it talked as expected as I moved around with the cursor keys. If it's reliably happening to you, do you have anything else running at the time you run Excel? Any other programs set to run automatically? Do you have the Windows advertisement window urging you to buy Windows 10 (this seems to cause me lots of strange effects).
