I just subscribed to Office365 so now have the latest Outlook 2016. It does appear quite accessible; however, is there anything I can to do to somewhat streamline things mainly eliminate all those buttons when tabbing around? I did go under Advanced Options and choose Inbox as default. I'm interested in anything else I can do to improve Outlook's usability with Window-eyes.
