Hi, Carmella. He means that you should upgrade Window-Eyes to version 9.1 or 9.2 but I don't think GW Micro has those versions any more. Window-Eyes is now at nine point four. Since 9.4 no longer works with XP, you would probably have to upgrade your whole computer.
