Casey, I just received word that at least one person on my team can duplicate this issue in Thunderbird and Outlook using Windows 10 and Window-Eyes 9.4. But, the issue cannot be reproduced consistently. These inconsistent results will make it more difficult for us to isolate the cause and implement a fix. I wish I had better news to report. If others can reproduce this issue consistently, please send along your system specs and exact steps to duplicate. Thanks, Marc
