Hi Casey, I don't recall anyone from Ai Squared saying on this list they are unable to reproduce this. But, maybe that is true. The only way to find out is to, well test it. And, if you provide you system specs and exact steps to duplicate, Ai Squared and others on this list can try do just that. But, please send carbon copy [email protected] with this information as the Talk list is not an official channel for technical support. Again, sending reports of problems to this list does not guarantee that it will be reviewed or responded to by Ai Squared. I hope that others who use Thunderbird can review your detailed bug report and also help us try and duplicate. I hope you appreciate how difficult it can be to identify and fix the type of issue you are reporting. It takes a team effort to identify and fix bugs. Hi okay last night just for the fun of it. I unloaded window-eyes and used my NVDA with Thunderbird and read some if my new messages. And the first line or first few lines repeating when window-eyes is reading A new message in Thunderbird wasn't happening. So can this be address in window-eyes and in the next update can that be fixed? I am not the only one having this. Others have reported this on the list. So it would be nice if I-squared can look in to this and fix it instead of telling use they are unable to reproduce this or. They are not seeing this problem. I am using the lasted Thunderbird and the latest window-eyes. With windows seven.
