What address did you use? How can we even guess the answer to the question about address change without that simple detail? The support email shown in the Window-Eyes 9.4's manual's contact information section is:
[email protected]
If they're not answering messages sent to the documented support address a problem really does exist.

We shouldn't have to do this but it may be a good idea to include your WE serial number in the subject or message body.
