Hi,
It looks like the menus are now a graphical representation of text, rather than
text within a PDF document. This is a common practice of businesses, they think
it saves time and money to just photocopy or photograph a printed menu and put
the image on their website. They will either have to include actual text in
their PDF documents or you’ll have to rely on optical character reading (OCR)
technology to access the menus.
