I have a problem, it is similar to something I had before as I cannot read attachments again. But the last time I fixed my prob by going to the App manager, hitting enter and then arrowing up to WE Diagnostics. I hit enter here, then arrowed down to Refresh libraries. But now, now, there is no option for WE Diagnostics, it is not there, and I cannot find it in Utilities. Help! Do you have any suggestions on how to find my attachments or how to fix it?

Apparently this changed and now I have an auditory signal that an update is available but the scfreen that offered me choices and mentioned which update needed an update has vanished.
