Veronica, What antivirus package are you using? I ask this because there is one that eats things it's not supposed to. Web Root Security Anywhere is one package to avoid like the plague as that package is not accessible and it does eat things its not supposed to. By that, I mean it removes components that you don't want removed. WE is not what they call white-listed which means that it is approved and the software won't touch components of WE. We're having a problem with our K1000 software on our main computer and we think the aforementioned software ate a component it wasn't supposed to eat. The aforementioned software has been removed from both machines in this house with the help of the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Don't take this software in the first place and you can avoid major problems. All this is to illustrate why it is important to know this information. Thanks. Karyn Campbell, Illinois USA, karyn1...@gmail.com and likely Viper Antivirus on both machines. Using WE 9.3 on HP Pavilion running Windows 8.1 with Office 2013 and I.E. 11 as well as Asuss convertible laptop running Windows 10 with Office 2013 and I.E. 11 as default browser and WE 9.4 and Vipre Antivirus on boht machines. _______________________________________________ Any views or opinions presented in this email are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of Ai Squared.
