Thank you for the thoughtful post.
Microsoft has ramped up their staffing to improve accessibility of the Office
products. They also promise to deliver an accessible version of the Edge
browser later this year. I suspect that is one of the reasons they will allow
vision-impaired Windows users to upgrade to Windows 10 after the July deadline
for most people.
