It took mine about four or five hours. The first time it down loaded it said that something caused the down load to be interrupted so I had to do it again.

I updated my laptop from Windows 7 to 10 and it took a long time. When it was finished, I could not get Jaws to speak at all. Come to find out, Windows 10 had somehow set the default to headset.
