Hi,

What software do you use to extract the NLS zip files? Do you use the native 
“unzip” software in Windows 7, or a third party application like 7-Zip to do 
this? What happens when you right-click on the talking book icon on your 
desktop? Does some kind of “unzip” option appear in the menu that opens after 
you right-click?
