Hi Veronica,

I have noticed this sometimes as well, as it seems that it is as though the
Control key is being held down when, in fact, it is not.
Restarting Window-Eyes usually corrects this for me, and not simply using
the normal Control-Alt-W hotkey, but Control-Insert-F4, and Enter, to close
Window-Eyes and then restarting it.
Note that the Backspace key in browse mode is an alternative to
Alt-LeftArrow.

Hth,

Rod

Subject: alt left arrow

Here's another problem I am having, using Windows7, Office 2010, latest WE,
when I am using Fire Foxx, if I want to go to a previous page, I have always
hit alt left arrow and it has always gone back a page, but now, now it
messes with Window eyes and it turns off, well the whole system seems to
freeze up. Irritating to say the least. Is this something on my end, well
it just started after we installed that stupid Norton. I'm not sure if I
should lay blame there, as now I don't have that virus protector but I still
have the problem.
