Hi Jed, Have you uninstalled the set files for any previous version of Office and then installed the Office 2016 sets? This is done by choosing Factory Settings from within the File menu in the WE control panel. Simply select the set file package you wish to install or uninstall in the list box, and then tab over to the install or uninstall button as necessary.
