Check your set files to make sure the correct ones are installed. To do this, press ctrl-backspace to bring up the control panel. Then press alt-F, then F to bring up the factory settings. Then navigate to the correct version of office and make sure the set file is correct. If the version numbers between what is installed and what is available match, then the set file is up to date.
