Karen, I am also using Outlook 2010. At work I, too, often want to save a message. If I am in the list of my messages, I arrow to the message I want to save, hit Control C to copy, then move to the folder on my computer where I want to save it. I then hit Control V to paste it. The message is placed there with the file extension of .msg. Even if I close Outlook, I can still open the message by clicking on it where I saved it. It's really that simple. Is there a solution for this problem? Is there another email program that works in Windows 10, that looks and feels more like Outlook Express? Thanks.
