Chris, Ctrl-shift-n is the field-name hotkey in Window-Eyes. If you press the bypass hotkey ins-b before ctrl-shift-n, the ctrl-shift-n is directly send to windows and you can create your new folder. You can redefine or undefine this hotkey for explorer in the hotkey menu if you want.
