If you have not reinstalled WE over itself since upgrading do this. Then open the WE control panel, go to apps, diagnosis, then repair windows 10 display driver. I'm running W-E 9.4 and Windows 10. Sometimes when I load a complicated web page, after a considerable pause, all of my keys will say "not a valid key press". If I restart Window-Eyes, things return to normal. Also, when I want to change a file name, or in other windows explorer edit boxes, W-E is silent and I have to switch to either narrator or NVDA to fill in the edit box.
