Hi. I called WE Support about this same problem earlier today. I am using a new Windows10 (not an upgrade from Windows7), WE 9.4, and I bypass the logon screen when I start up the machine.
Check to see if video support for WE has been lost. Do this by opening WE control panel, going to the Help menue, and pressing enter on "About...". If you hear that the video driver is missing, close WE completely and then launch WE. Then try tabbing to the message window in BECKY!
