I just hang up. I don't tell them I don't have one, or any of that jazz.
The only time I said anything was when they asked for my husband by name,
and I told them that he was dead. Pam.

Hello Everyone:
Both my sister-in-law and brother received phone calls about their computer.
They told the caller that they did not own one. My brother also told them
that he even does not know how to turn one on.
One time when I received such a call, I responded that my computers had just
been serviced by the computer. After that statement I hung up the phone.
All of us in the family make it a practice to say not interested and just
hang up. Otherwise they would just keep on talking to take up your time.
