its left and right, not up and down.
and you tab to go to the next edit feild if there is more then one. not arrow up or down. some of this is because of how web pages are programmed. some forms will only read what you have typed in them after you turn browse mod back on and tab away and back to the feild you just typed in.
try useing nvda.
or try both firefox or i e on the web page. some pages work better with firefox some with i e.

Subject: this major problem has to go

Hey guys,
OK, i am beyond frustrated right now. Whether it's on web pages, or in
thunderbird, i can not read as i am typing in forms and it's super annoying.
When i depress my enter key on a form on a web page, it says forms mode
off, and i am typing, i can no longer move the arrow up and down to be
able to change or edit anything. Furthermore, it's now happening in
thunderbird as well.
I purposely got a brand new computer with win 10 top get away from this
problem and it's back again with we 9.4. Can anyone explain it? This
absolutely can not continue
