It is from Sisco services. It said that I needed to open the secured attachment. When I opened the attachment, speech stopped. What should I do? I pressed control alt w, to make Window Eyes talk again. That worked, but I couldn't get the attachment to read. Perhaps I opened the attachment incorrectly? When I opened it, I press control 7 twice. The attachment opened, I did hear the computer say logo, but nothing else. Is that the right way to open attachments in WE 9.4?
