Paulette, I also wonder if this is an attachment you must go retrieve somewhere on a server. That's how our company handle's secured attachments. You have go and validate who you are an then you can obtain the attachment. If this is being sent to you from someone in your company and you are opening on a company computer, I would not think that this is the case, but if the email is going or coming outside your company's firewall, then I think Cisco does have you retrieve it from a website. If you are able to find the attachment using the Control Alt A hotkey, you might try saving the attachment to your desktop then opening it from there. Sometimes I find this works better than opening it within Outlook when there is something complicated about the attachment.
