Hi, Folks. I'm using Window-Eyes 9.4 with Thunderbird. The other day, while deleting a block of messages, new emails came in. When I pressed Shift-Delete to permanently delete the marked emails, it deleted the ones I wanted and about 90% of the remaining emails. Prior to this incident, I backed up my drive with Casper, which did an image backup.

My question is: can I restore from my backup drive without using an image restore? Can I copy the Thunderbird directory from the backup drive to my main drive and recover most of my emails? If so, how would I do that? Thanks in advance.--Matthew Chao
