in win 7 or 10 open the run dialog and type msconfig and hit enter, when the
window comes up go to the boot tab and select the safe boot option, but
before shutting down or rebooting from safe mode, go back into msconfig and
select normal boot, or deselect safe boot

Subject: Windows 10 Safe Mode?
Hi,
Does anyone know how to get into safe mode in Windows 10 without sighted
help? I googled how it was done, but when the options are brought up during
boot up, there is no screen reader loaded up yet, so you can't go through
the choices to restart in safe mode, anyone got any clues?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Regards.
Jim.
