I tried both installing by downloading the upgrade file, and by just installing from the help update link. I still get the same errors. It says, from what I can figure out with NVDa which I'm not too familiar with, bad image c:\windows\system32 gwm hook.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again or using the original installation media or trying contacting your system administrator or software vendor for support.
For some reason, this same error comes up every time I launch a program or application. I remember reading about the .sha and I checked my system for the necessary file. It seems like that file was installed 3 years ago when I check my view update history. What can I do. I was doing this upgrade from version 9.4. Do you think I need a zipped file of the whole WE 9.5.1 program rather than just the upgrade file. My 9.4 installed perfectly from the zip file I received from support.
