I would recommend that you uninstall Window-Eyes and install it again, then download the update and see what happens. That should fix your problem. Let me know if it doesn't, and don't hesitate to email me off list please.

It seems like that file was installed 3 years ago when I check my view update history. What can I do. I was doing this upgrade from version 9.4. Do you think I need a zipped file of the whole WE 9.5.1 program rather than just the upgrade file. My 9.4 installed perfectly from the zip file I received from support.
