Go into your device manager, display, and disable the display driver
associated with Window-Eyes, this will fool the computer you uninstalled it
and run the updater again. Make sure you have either NVDA or Narrator
running so you do not lose speech. Once installed, then go back to device
manager and enable the display driver, hope this works.
For those who have yet received the Anniversary upgrade, this is what I
found on the google search and am currently running the update.
Windows10Upgrade9252 is your friend.
